In this article, we will explore how to apply for an Indian e-Visa for Finland and for Iceland. This is a good place to start if you are interested in traveling to either of these countries – but when applying be sure to note that there may be slightly different processes!

What is an Indian e-Visa?

An electronic visa is a travel document that permits a foreign national to enter or exit a country by air. An Indian e-Visa is a visa application that can be submitted online through the e-Visa website of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). The applicant must provide all required information, including a photograph and signature. The visa is valid for five years from the date of issuance.

E-visas are now available for citizens of India to visit Finland and Iceland. Citizens of Finland can apply for e- visas through the e-Visa website of the Finnish Immigration Service (Migrationservice), while citizens of Iceland can apply via the Icelandic Immigration Service website. Both services accept credit cards and mobile apps as payment methods. Indian e-Visa for Finland Citizens

The validity period for an Indian e-Visa is five years from the date of issuance. Indians traveling to Finland or Iceland on an e- Visa must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond their intended stay in the respective country. In addition, travelers must have sufficient funds to cover their expenses during their stay as well as return travel costs. How to Apply for an Indian e-Visa?

If you are traveling to Finland or Iceland and want to visit India, then you will need to apply for an Indian e-Visa. Here is how to do it:

  1. Go to the Indian Embassy in your country of residence and fill out an application form. You will need to provide your passport details, including the visa page and photograph. You will also need to provide information about your trips, such as the dates you are traveling and the places you will be visiting.
  2. Once you have completed the application form, take it to a local travel agent or embassy office and have it signed by both you and the agent. You must also pay the application fee of €60 (or $83).
  3. Once payment has been made, take the completed application form and other documentation to your nearest Indian Embassy or Consulate for processing. It can take up to three weeks for an e-Visa to be issued, so plan ahead if you are aiming to travel in advance of your planned date of departure.

How Long Will an Indian e-Visa Take to Get Approved?

According to the official website of the Finnish Immigration Service, an Indian e-visa should take around two working days to be approved. However, this time can vary depending on the immigration office and the processing time for that specific visa. For those who are looking to visit Iceland, the same website says that an Indian e-visa should take about three working days to be approved.

Icelandic and Finland Government Requirements for the Indian E-Visa Application Process

The Indian E-Visa is an electronic visa that allows foreign nationals to visit Iceland and Finland. The Icelandic E-Visa is a single-entry visa, while the Finnish E-Visa is a multiple-entry visa. Citizens of India need a valid passport to apply for the Icelandic E-Visa. The Indian E-Visa can be applied for at the Icelandic Embassy in India or at the Finnish Embassy in India.

The application process for the Icelandic E-Visa is relatively simple. The applicant needs to gather all of the required documents and submit them to the embassy. The documents needed for the application include a valid passport, a completed application form, and two photos. After submitting the required documents, applicants will receive an email notification confirming their application has been received and processed. Applicants who are not citizens of Iceland or Finland will need to obtain a tourist visa before applying for the Icelandic E-Visa. The tourist visa requirements for Indians vary depending on which country they are visiting. For Iceland, citizens of India must have a valid passport with at least six months remaining validity, a return ticket, and proof of financial stability (e.g., bank statement). For Finland, Indians
